To ensure your order is processed without delay, please identify any special delivery instructions or delivery limitations including narrow or dirt roads, steep hills or driveways, limited access roads, gates or any other. Unless otherwise noted, products ship via STANDARD DELIVERY from Los Angeles, California and St. Genevieve, Missouri.

Standard Delivery

All orders include curbside delivery to a non-restrictive address. Standard delivery does not include inside delivery, package removal, assembly, or accommodations for delivery complications.

Please notify us at the time of ordering if your delivery address has any large-truck restrictions, such as steep driveways, narrow roads, or gravel surfaces. The customer is responsible for any additional delivery charges that result from access difficulties or special requirements.

Delivery addresses must be within the contiguous United States. PO Boxes and freight forwarding addresses are not accepted.

Warehouse Locations

Unless otherwise noted, products ship via standard delivery from one of two warehouse locations: Los Angeles, California or Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.

Delivery Times

In-stock items typically ship within 1–5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery after the order departs our warehouse. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is in transit.

Lead times for out-of-stock or backordered items vary by product. Please check the product page for current estimates or contact our Customer Support team. Orders containing a mix of in-stock and out-of-stock items may arrive in multiple shipments. In the event of unplanned delays, our team will contact you directly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge to most states. For special territories listed below, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimensions and weight of the products ordered.

Bioethanol Fuel Shipping

e-NRG Bioethanol fuel is shipped separately from other items in your order and may arrive on a different day. You will receive an individual tracking number for your fuel shipment.

Nantucket Island & Martha's Vineyard: Shipments to these locations are delivered to Cape Cod Express, who handles the final island delivery. Our quoted flat rates cover shipping to Cape Cod Express only; island delivery charges from Cape Cod Express to your address are the responsibility of the customer.

Extra Charges

Additional charges may apply in the following situations:

• A shipping address change is requested after the order has already shipped
• A specific delivery date or time window is requested
• Special arrangements are needed due to difficult delivery constraints at the destination
• Multiple delivery attempts are required
